Which model should I choose?
Choose M30 if this is your first electric guitar or you want a practice/home-recording kit with a lower entry price. Choose Stage-T if you already know you want a guitar with stronger visual identity for content, stage use, collection value or a second-guitar purchase.
What is the biggest practical difference between M30 and Stage-T?
M30 is a guitar-first beginner kit with HSS ceramic pickups, MojoTrick switching and up to 11 tone options. Stage-T is a higher-end pixel-inspired model with a hard case, Alnico pickups, brass compensated bridge and a semi-hollow lightweight support structure.
Does M30 include an amp or stand?
No. M30 is intentionally not bundled with a cheap mandatory amplifier. It includes the guitar, padded gig bag, strap, cable, picks, cleaning cloth, pouch, wrench, tremolo arm, extra strings, manual and service card. Amp and stand are not included unless separately stated.
Does Stage-T include a hard case?
Yes. Stage-T includes a hard case plus tuner, adjustable strap, 3 m cable, 3 picks, cleaning cloth, adjustment tools, user manual and service card.
Do guitars need tuning after shipping?
Yes. Strings are often loosened or move during shipping. Tune the guitar first, play lightly for a few minutes, then tune again. New strings may need several cycles before they stabilize.
What should I do if the guitar has no sound?
Confirm the cable is fully inserted, the amp or audio interface is powered on, the volume knobs are open, the pickup selector is not between positions and the external speaker/amp is compatible with electric guitar input. If the issue continues, send a short video showing the full signal chain.
What information should I send to support?
Send your order number, product model, color, a short description of the problem, full-guitar photos and close-up photos. For sound issues, send a video including cable, amp/interface, guitar controls and pickup selector position.
Can small setup changes be normal?
Yes. Wood, strings and hardware can react to temperature, humidity and shipping. Tuning, minor string height checks and small adjustments are normal for electric guitars. If you are unsure, contact support before making larger adjustments.
How should I clean the guitar?
Use a soft dry cloth after playing. Avoid alcohol, strong cleaners, liquid exposure and rough materials. Wipe strings, body contact areas and hardware before storing the guitar.
How should I store it?
Keep it away from direct sunlight, high heat, excessive humidity and excessive dryness. Store M30 in the padded gig bag and Stage-T in the hard case when not in use.

After delivery
Tune the guitar before judging sound or playability. If you have a sound issue, check cable, amp or interface, guitar volume, pickup selector and output jack first, then contact support with a short video.
